Taylor’s Prescribed Burn Bill Passes Out of House

Last week, Representative Tim Taylor’s prescribed burn bill passed out of the house.
The bill defines negligence when it comes to prescribed burning.
A similar bill filed by Mike Bernskoetter of Jefferson City is making its way through the Senate.
