Take Precautions With Ticks

She says a pair of tweezers is probably the easiest way to get the entire tick out. There are things to look out for afterwards to see if you need to seek medical help.

Lab work will see if there is a presence of a tick-borne illness, and if so, an antibiotic would be prescribed.
