Sturgeon School District Hires New High School Counselor for Second Semester

The Sturgeon School Board this month approved hiring a new high school counselor. Superintendent Dr. Melia Franklin says this was needed.

The new counselor is Lisa Gramke. Franklin explains what Gramke’s probationary teaching contract involves.

Gramke will provide several different services as Sturgeon’s high school counselor.

During its December meeting, the Sturgeon School Board also approved starting a middle school softball program.
