Street Project Wraps Up in Kirksville

The mill and overlay of one of the main streets in Kirksville has wrapped up. Assistant City Manager Ash Young says work was completed last week.

Young says the pandemic has impacted the amount of street work that will be done this year.

The work on South Franklin included the two driving surfaces and also the bike lanes.
