Stott is coming to the end of his ninth year at Scotland County. Before that, he was the head football coach at Salisbury….

Stott spent eight years at Salisbury. His first year he was an assistant, then he shared head coaching duties for a couple seasons, before taking on the Panthers football program as sole head coach for five years.

Stott is excited for the prospects of a turnaround, after Scotland only captured one victory last season…..

While some other Lewis & Clark Conference schools have switched to 8-man, Stott says his district is fully committed to 11-man football….
