State Senator Concerned an Emergency Clause Was Not Adopted

While Senator Cindy O’Laughlin is pleased a measure dealing with COVID liability cleared the upper chamber, she has a concern.
The actual bill was approved by a slim 20-13 margin.
The measure has been sent to the House for consideration. The Governor has indicated that approving liability protection is a priority this session.
