State Senator Addresses Budget Challenges

Work on the state’s new budget is taking place in committee in the Missouri House and Senate. Senator Denny Hoskins is a veteran member of the Appropriations Committee.
The Warrensburg Republican says this is a tough process every year.
One of the unknowns is the impact Medicaid expansion will have on the budget. Governor Mike Parson has proposed a $34.1 billion state operating budget.
