State Law Requires Cairo Board Election on Ballot

Along with a bond issue, Cairo Superintendent Dave Samuel says school board spots will be on the April ballot.
The 2.2 million dollar bond issue includes HVAC work at the high school gym, asbestos abatement and new lockers for freshmen and sophomores.
The school board is considering tacking on additional projects to the bond, but they are awaiting estimates before doing so.
