A St. Louis man remains in custody at the Randolph County Justice Center following his arrest over the weekend. Moberly Police arrested 27-year-old Jerrord Williams of St. Louis at 2:20 Sunday morning. During the traffic stop the officer detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from Williams’ vehicle. Williams was determined to not be a valid medical marijuana card holder. During a search of the vehicle officers located approximately 75 pills of ecstasy, suspected acid strips, marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia related to drug distribution. Williams was placed under arrest for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. He is being held in the Randolph County Justice Center on a 25,000 dollar bond cash or surety.
