Soy-based Foods Celebrated Throughout April

Soybean groups around the country are marking April as National Soyfoods Month.  Baylee Siegel, director of education and outreach with Missouri Soybeans, says the crop provides many nutritional benefits.

Siegel says MoSoy will have several events this month in Jefferson City to highlight food products made from soy.
