The South Shelby School District is looking at upgrades to the athletic fields next summer, which Superintendent Troy Clawson says includes the possibility of a turf football field and all-weather track.

The district will also look at the cost of a turf infield and fixing drainage issues at the baseball field. Clawson says the school board could make a final decision this fall. The district is looking at adding a concrete playground surface at the elementary school.

Clawson says the final touches are being done on the parking lot paving project.
