Saving Dogs 4 Paws at a Time is hosting a SNIP Clinic Saturday beginning at 10am at the Orscheln’s parking lot in Moberly. Steve Bailey is the SNIP Coordinator for the group, and explains the benefit of the Spay Neuter Incentive Program.
Bailey talks about some things pet owners will need to bring along to pick up their voucher.
