Shots Fired at Columbia Mall

One man is in stable condition after a shooting at the Columbia Mall Tuesday. The Columbia Police Department reports responding to the mall after a shots fired call shortly after 7. More than 100 people were on the premises and it was clear to officers that someone had been shot. Officers determined the shooting occurred in the parking lot after locating several shell casings. The investigation is ongoing and has been forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Division.
