Shelbyville Man Gets 14 Years in Prison for Rape and Burglary

A Shelbyville man gets 14 years in prison after a jury convicted him last month of breaking into a woman’s home and raping her twice. 39-year-old William Thomas Brown was arrested in May, and convicted for second degree rape and second degree burglary. Brown received seven years for each count, to be served consecutively.
