Shelbina Lawmaker Shares Concerns with Cuts to Community Colleges

Last week, the governor announced an estimated $500 million shortfall and a withhold of at least $180 million in spending. That includes about an eight percent withhold to MACC. Senator Cindy O’Laughlin has some concerns with the cuts to the state’s community colleges.

The Shelbina lawmaker says these are challenging times.
