Former State Representative Holly Rehder has championed the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program legislation the past several sessions. The southeast Missouri lawmaker is now a member of the senate, and has filed the proposal again. Senator Cindy O’Laughlin says they have addressed the issue in the past, but a final agreement was not reached.
