Senator Indicates Opioid Use is Down in Missouri

Senator Denny Hoskins indicates that opioid use in Missouri has dropped.
Missouri is the only state without a prescription drug monitoring program.
At some point this session, Hoskins expects PDMP legislation to reach the senate floor.
Last week a hearing was conducted in the Judiciary and Civil and Criminal Jurisprudence Committee on the Narcotics Control Act, sponsored by Senator Tony Luetkemeyer.
