Seminars, Swine Showmanship Presentation Anchor 62nd Western Farm Show

With 400,000 square feet of vendors showcasing the latest equipment and services, farmers attending the 62nd Western Farm Show later this month in Kansas City may need to sit and pause between sections of the show at the American Royal Complex.  The presenters of several seminars during the show Feb. 23rd-25th hope that visitors will do just that during their sessions.  Show manager Jami Applegate says several presentations are set for Saturday the 24th.

MFA will also present on pasture management Saturday afternoon.  Applegate adds that MFA will bring back a showmanship demonstration Sunday the 25th, this time focusing on hogs.

The 62nd Western Farm Show begins February 23rd with FFA Day.  Tickets are $10 at the door for visitors 12 and older, with a $3 discount available by downloading a coupon from the show’s website.
