Search Ongoing for New Marceline City Manager
Marceline City Manager Richard Hoon is retiring at the end of the week, ending an eight year run as city manager. Hoon says the search process for his replacement is moving along.

Marceline City Clerk Lindsay Krumpelman will serve as interim city manager in the meantime. She will also be the assistant city manager once a permanent one is named. Hoon had a final message during last week’s city council meeting.
