Saving Dogs 4 Paws at a Time will implement a reduced cost pet vaccination clinic for low income residents of Randolph County in 2020. Michelle Goon is medical coordinator for the group.
During Goon’s visit to our KWIX studios, she brought in a 4-ounce puppy. Baby Duke is a doberman-doodle mix that the rescue has saved.
