The Bridge on U.S. Route 24 over Middle Fork Salt River has re-opened to traffic. The bridge located just a mile west of Missouri Route 15 near Paris had been under construction since January 29th. This bridge is part of Missouri Governor Mike Parson’s $351-million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges throughout the state. The U.S. Route 24 bridge project also includes two additional projects for the re-surfacing of 39 miles of Route 24 from Monroe City to the Randolph County line.  Asphalt operations are scheduled to begin in May.
