Robin Daniels to Serve as Next Superintendent of Adair County R-1

Robin Daniels will take over as the new superintendent of the Adair County R-1 Schools in Novinger at the end of the school year. Daniels currently serves as the Principal for K-through-12 at Adair County. She will take over for current Superintendent Rick Roberts, who is retiring at the end of the school year. Daniels says she expects the transition to her new position to go smoothly.

Both Daniels and Roberts have served in their current positions for the past seven years. Daniels says this has allowed her to develop a great working relationship with Roberts.

While the transition is expected to go smoothly, Daniels recognizes there will be some differences in her job description as superintendent.

Business teacher Stephanie Summers will become the new principal.
