Riggs Previews Special Session

Representative Louis Riggs discusses the special session scheduled to begin Monday.

Riggs says lawmakers will also evaluate provisions related to endangering the welfare of a child.

Riggs represents Shelby, Marion, and Monroe Counties. Governor Mike Parson announced the special session last week.
