Riggs Pleased With Numerous Budget Elements

Representative Louis Riggs says there are a number of items he was happy to see included in the House budget proposal.

He was also appreciative for 1.7 billion dollars in broadband funding.

Riggs says he knows there’s still a long way to go and calls this part of the process the end of the beginning.
