Representative Tim Taylor Recaps Legislative Session

The legislative session ended just over a week ago. A total of 43 non-budget bills were approved and sent to the governor. Representative Tim Taylor of Bunceton says there were some highlights among those bills.

While those bills addressed pressing needs for Missourians, other bills were stalled late in the session by the Senate. This came after many of these bills moved seamlessly out of the House.

Taylor adds he has concerns these issues could negatively impact the Republican party going forward.

There is a possibility the Legislature could be called back for a special session this summer.
