Representative Tim Taylor Files Bill Related to Safety Requirements for Horse-Drawn Vehicles

Representative Tim Taylor of Bunceton currently has five bills filed for this year’s Missouri Legislative Session. One deals with safety requirements for horse-drawn vehicles.

Over the past five years, there have been nine deaths from 66 different accidents involving horse-drawn vehicles in Missouri. Taylor is also looking to file a bill to revamp the fireworks code in the state.

Taylor previously served as a member of the Columbia Fire Department. He expects the bill to be filed within the next week.
