Representative McGaugh Tweaking Bills in New Legislative Session

Representative Peggy McGaugh of Carrollton has filed five different bills for this year’s Missouri Legislative Session. Her biggest is House Bill 2140 which is a rewrite of her Election Integrity Bill from last year. That bill passed the House but died in the Senate. McGaugh thinks it’s a good and improved bill this year.

Another bill McGaugh is having to change deals with political subdivisions.

She has yet to file that bill. McGaugh serves as the chair of the House Elections and Elected Officials Committee.
