Missouri’s stay at home order is set to expire in one week, and Governor Mike Parson plans to work on reopening some of the state’s economy at that time. Representative Chuck Basye shares what types of businesses could be the first to re-open.

The Republican from Rocheport believes Parson has done a phenomenal job with the state’s response to the coronavirus.

Basye is cautiously optimistic the re-opening of the state will go well, but stresses it remains important to stay home and maintain social distancing until the order expires.

Two of the state’s hotspots, St. Louis and Kansas City, have stay-at-home orders extended through mid-May.
