Rep. Toalson Reisch Expects Education and Election Reform to be Main Focuses in Upcoming Session

The 2022 Missouri Legislative Session begins next Wednesday. Representative Cheri Toalson Reisch of Hallsville sits on the House Election and Elected Officials Committee. She says election reform will be a focus in the upcoming session.

Toalson Reisch has already pre-filed one bill related to election reform.

The Hallsville Republican also sits on the House Elementary and Secondary Education Committee. Bills relating to Critical Race Theory and school district mask mandates are expected to be covered in the coming months. Toalson Reisch says she appreciates the recent approach being taken regarding mask mandates.

The 2022 Missouri Legislative Session will run through May 20th.
