Reminders For Moberly Trick-or-Treat Trail On Halloween

The Moberly Parks and Recreation Trick-or-Treat Trail returns for Halloween this year. Director Troy Bock.
The free event runs from 4-6 p.m., and is recommended for children ages 10 and under. Registered businesses and civic organizations will have booths along Reed Street.
