The coronavirus continues its impact across the world, and it’s no different for real estate agents in the area. Despite being deemed essential workers, Randolph County Board of Realtors President Wanda Finnigan says they’re limited in what they can do.

Such examples of being in need of housing include job relocation, health, or moving into assisted living. Finnigan says they’re taking every precaution necessary when showcasing property.

Finnigan says less homes are currently for sale in the county, but at the same time it has helped some of property values due to the limited amount of availability.
