The Randolph County Health Department Board is looking at some potential changes in the way people are quarantined, especially students, after contact with a positive case of the coronavirus. Administrator Sharon Whisenand says the topic was discussed during the board meeting Tuesday.

Whisenand says it is important to have the health department’s medical director and legal advisor on board with any proposal.

A work session is scheduled for next Tuesday where a proposal is expected to be considered.
