RBI Triple Play Boosts Putnam County to Third Straight Quarterfinal

Putnam County baseball advanced to another state quarterfinal with a 1-0 win over Harrisburg Monday. In an unusual turn of events, Putnam’s lone run seemingly gave Harrisburg momentum.

Putnam’s Mason Morris appeared three different times on the mound. He started with two hitless innings then got Putnam out of both the fifth and seventh inning jams. Coach Blane Robinson praised his clutch performance.
