Randolph County Finishes New Budget

Randolph County officials have placed the final touches on the new budget and officially approved the spending plan. County Clerk Will Ellis is also the Chief Financial Officer for the county.

The pay increase for county employees remained in the final document.

While the initial projection was for about a 20 percent increase in health insurance costs, it actually came in at closer to eight percent.
