Non-essential business will be able to access the courthouses drive-thru and drop boxes. Trusdell outlines some of the essential business that could require a phone call to the courthouse.
Missouri Governor Mike Parson will be issuing an order to limit gatherings to no more than 10 people in non-essential areas tomorrow (Sat.). Trusdell says this is the right call.
