Randolph County Coroner Sidney Conklin is among three appointments made by Missouri Governor Mike Parson to the Coroner Standards and Training Commission. Conklin was elected as Randolph County Coroner last year. Prior to his election, he served as the Chief Investigator for the Missouri Board of Healing Arts. Conklin also has 32 years of experience with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He is a certified instructor by the Missouri Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission with a background in criminal and narcotics investigation. In addition to Conklin’s appointment, William Harlow of Marshall was also appointed to the commission. Harlow has served as the General Manager of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home since 1995 and as the Saline County Coroner since 2005.
