The Randolph County Commission has voted to lift the permit fee ordinance to operate UTV’s and ATV’s. Presiding Commissioner Sid Conklin….
Conklin said the effort wasn’t worth what was collected.
Conklin said there wasn’t much enforcement of the ordinance.
Again, the ordinance ends June 30th. On KWIXland This Morning, Conklin and Collector Michelle Lee reminded UTV and ATV owners that this doesn’t affect any rules on city permits and that state regulations still apply.
