Quincy Woman Killed in Accident South of Hannibal

A pedestrian died in a crash on Highway 61, four miles south of Hannibal, around 2am Friday. The State Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Dakota Borenson of Quincy was in the driving lane when she was hit by a van driven by 44-year-old Troy Rasey of Maywood. She was taken to Hannibal, where she was pronounced dead about an hour later. Rasey was not hurt.
