Prescribed Burn Legislation Moving Forward in Missouri House

State Representative Tim Taylor’s legislation, centering on limiting liability for damage, injury, or loss caused by a prescribed burn, is moving forward.

The community development committee approved the measure 14-0.

Committee approval took place last Thursday.
