Plank Discusses Priorities For Session

47th District freshman State Representative Adrian Plank says one of his top priorities for the session is restraining Super PACs.
He acknowledges it might be tough, but he’s hopeful.
Plank also supports a bill that would let people with non-violent marijuana convictions to directly petition the court that sentenced them for expungement following the passage of Amendment 3.
