Plank Discusses Initiative Impact on Election

State Representative Adrian Plank of Columbia says initiative petitions to legalize some abortions again in Missouri could draw more people to the polls, which would have an impact on other races in the November elections.

At least two groups are working to put an initiative on the ballot. One would leagalize abortions up to 12 weeks, and the other would raise the limit to fetal viability, which doctors say is about 22 to 25 weeks.
