Plank Discusses Foreign Ownership

The House Agriculture Committee heard four bills last week on limiting foreign ownership of Missouri land. State Representative Adrian Plank says it’s a national security issue.

One of the bills would only ban owners from a handful of countries, but Plank said he would prefer a ban on all foreign ownership.
