Plank Criticizes Plans For Special Prosecutor

State Representative Adrian Plank is critical of the GOP’s plan to give a special prosecutor power to try a backlog of criminal cases in the St. Louis area under the guise of crime prevention.

The bill passed the House 109-35 last week but not without controversy as the debate ended.

Representative Lane Roberts of Joplin sponsored HB 301.
