Personal Property Tax Reform On the Senate Floor

Senator Travis Fitzwater’s personal property tax reform bill has made it to the Senate floor.

He explains what the bill would do for Missouri taxpayers.

Current law requires trade-in value published in the National Automobile Dealers’ Association (N.A.D.A.) Official Used Car Guide. This bill would allow assessors to also use Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds, or another similar publication.
