Moberly Parks Facilities to Open in Phases

Moberly Parks and Recreation Department Director Troy Bock says in order to answer a multitude of questions, a variety of information concerning the coronavirus and various facilities, has been posted online.

A number of factors come into play as officials decide what to open and what to keep closed.

The next phase is scheduled to begin next Monday.
