Paris Man Hurt in Ralls County Accident

A Paris man suffered moderate injuries in an accident in Ralls County early Thursday morning. The State Highway Patrol says it happened around 4:35am on Highway 19, about a tenth of a mile west of Center. 20-year-old Andrew Young suffered a medical condition and his pickup went off the road, hitting an embankment and a utility pole. He was taken to Hannibal.
