OVER 317 POUNDS COLLECTED DURING TAKE BACK EVENT

Just over 317 pounds of medication was collected Saturday during the drug take back event conducted at the Moberly Police Department and at Sam’s Health Mart on Highway 24. Moberly Police Chief Troy Link says this continues to be a valuable service.
If you have any medication to dispose of before the next collection day, Link has some advice.
The effort was a cooperative one involving the Moberly Police Department, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department and Sam’s. The medication collected will is being turned over to the DEA for proper disposal.
