10/27 Hallsville at Centralia Class 3 District 4 Football First Round: Centralia junior running back Jesse Caballero ran for 111 yards and three touchdowns to help the Panthers rally from and 18-6 deficit in a 24-18 overtime win over Hallsville.

10/27 Macon at Moberly Class 3 District 4 Football First Round: Moberly junior quarterback Jackson Engel had four carries for 64 yards and two touchdowns and added 87 passing yards in the Spartans 49-10 win over Macon.

10/27 Brookfield vs Lawson Class 2 District 8 Football First Round: Brookfield junior receiver Peyton Parn had six catches for 125 yards and a touchdown in the Bulldogs 20-7 victory over Lawson.

10/27 La Plata vs Jamestown Class 1 Championship Softball: La Plata junior Kohyn Wood had three hits to drive in five runs as La Plata claimed its first state title since 1999 with a 9-0 victory over Jamestown.

10/27 La Plata vs Gallatin Class 1 Semifinal Softball: La Plata senior Whitney Snow racked up ten strikeouts in a complete game victory while also leading the Lady Bulldogs at the plate by going 3-4 with two singles, a double and three RBIs in a 5-3 victory.

10/21/23 Braymer at La Plata Class 1 Quarterfinal Softball: La Plata junior Izzy Joyce went 4-5 at the plate which included the winning hit as La Plata won by run rule over Braymer 13-3.

10/21/23 Salisbury at Jamestown Class 1 Quarterfinal Softball: Salisbury junior Camri Wekenborg went 3-4 at the plate with a double, two singles, and four RBIs in the Lady Panthers 18-13 loss to Jamestown.

10/20/23 Westran at Salisbury football: Westran junior running back Korbin Perry had 14 carries for 104 yards and a touchdown to help lift the Hornets to a 35-14 win over Salisbury and a share of the Lewis & Clark Conference title.

10/20/23 Moberly at Jefferson City football: Moberly senior Gabe Flood got his first career touchdown on a 55-yard catch and added nine tackles on defense as the Spartans closed the season with a 34-7 loss to Jefferson City.

10/20/23 Macon at Centralia football: Centralia junior running back Jesse Caballero had eight carries for 143 yards and two touchdowns in the Panthers 42-0 win over Macon.

10/17/23 La Plata vs Canton Class 1 District 5 Championship: La Plata senior pitcher Whitney Snow tallied nine strikeouts over seven innings of work while working around four runs on five hits as La Plata defeated Canton 6-4 for the district title.

10/17 Salisbury vs Cairo Class 1 District 4 Semifinal Softball: Salisbury senior Taylor Nolke hit a two-run home run to key a fast start for the Lady Panthers as they went on to defeat Cairo 8-7.

10/16/23 La Plata vs North Shelby Class 1 District 5 Semifinal Softball: La Plata senior pitcher Whitney Snow struck out 18 while allowing two runs on two hits with three walks in La Plata’s 4-2 victory.

10/16/23 Canton vs Paris Class 1 District 5 Semifinal Softball: Canton senior Emma Hultz went 3-4 with two doubles, a home run, and four RBIs in Canton’s 10-1 win over Paris.

10/16/23 Cairo vs Silex Class 1 District 5 Semifinal Softball: Cairo freshman Chloe Brumley went 3-3 with a single, a triple, a home run, and three RBIs as Cairo cruised to an 18-4 win.

10/16/23 Salisbury vs Clopton Class 1 District 4 Semifinal Softball: Salisbury junior Addison Schiltz went 2-3 with a triple, a double, and two RBIs as the Lady Panthers rolled to a 13-0 victory.

10/13/23 Centralia at South Shelby football: South Shelby senior Cameron Wiseman rushed for two touchdowns and added both a long kickoff return and a long punt return to key Cardinal drives.  He also added an interception on defense in the Cardinals 48-14 win.

10/13/23 Westran at Marceline football: Maceline senior running back Conner Quinn had 30 carries for 130 yards and a touchdown in the Tigers 14-13 win over Westran.

10/13/23 Moberly at Mexico football: Moberly senior running back Gage St. Clair had 14 carries for 88 yards and a touchdown in Moberly’s 13-0 victory over Mexico.

10/6/23 South Shelby at Macon football: South Shelby senior Kendal Hammond tallied four first half touchdowns as he racked up 227 yards on eleven carries in the Cardinals’ 42-0 victory over Macon.

10/6/23 Moberly vs Hannibal football: Moberly senior linebacker Carter Smith, who had 11 tackles, including 2.5 tackles for loss in the Spartans 28-8 loss to Hannibal.

10/6/23 Salisbury at Fayette football: Salisbury sophomore quarterback Patrick White threw for 221 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 100 yards and two more touchdowns to lift Salisbury to a 30-8 win over Fayette.

10/5/23 Moberly vs Kirksville boys soccer: Kirksville junior forward Minu Alberts scored a goal and set-up the winner in overtime in Kirksville’s 2-1 victory over the Spartans.
