Numbers Finalized from COVID-19 Mass Testing Event in Macon County

The Macon County Health Department has released the official numbers from last week’s mass testing event for COVID-19 in Macon. A total of 125 Macon County residents were tested at the event. The results yielded three positive results, which were all reported in previous days. Macon County currently has nine active cases and one person hospitalized from the virus. A total of 55 Macon County residents have tested positive for the virus since the counting period began in March.
