North Shelby Ranked Third in 8-Man Preseason Poll, SW Livingston Fifth

The North Shelby Raiders are ranked number three in the Missouri Eight-Man Football Preseason Media poll. The Raiders graduated eight seniors from last year’s 9-3 state quarterfinal team, but return 11 players who saw significant varsity time last year. North Shelby picked up 52 points to solidify their spot as the third ranked team. Reign state champion Mound City is the top ranked team with six first place votes and 77 points. Worth County is second with 67 points and two first place votes. State runner-ups Southwest Livingston enters the season ranked fifth with 31 points.
